ProCook Ltd. is seeking a Sales Advisor for the Kingston store. You will welcome customers, help with product selection, and deliver excellent service to drive sales. The role is part-time (14 hours/week) across Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sundays with some flexibility.

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.
Come and join our team in our Kingston Store. We have permanent contracts working 14 hours per week across Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and Sundays, with some flexibility required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have retail or customer service experience.
• You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.
• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
