ProCook Ltd. in Swindon is seeking a confident Sales Advisor to create a welcoming shopping environment and help customers select the perfect product that fits their culinary style.

You will be the friendly face of ProCook, answering queries, sharing product knowledge, and delivering outstanding service. Roles are permanent, 9-hour shifts with weekend work and some weekday flexibility to meet business needs.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service. Come and join our team in our Swindon Store. This is a permanent 9-hour contract, typically split across two shifts, with most shifts taking place at weekends. Some flexibility is required during weekdays too based on business needs.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
