Job summary

ProCook in Hatfield is seeking a confident Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service, help customers select products, and influence buying decisions with product knowledge. The role is a permanent 10-hour-per-week contract across two shifts, with flexibility across Thursday to Sunday trading hours.

You will join a welcoming team, receive structured training, and have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on sales targets and achieved results.

Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!

At ProCook, we believe great cooking starts with the right tools and great people. We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Hatfield Store. This is a permanent 10-hour per week contract, typically worked across two shifts per week. Flexibility is required to work across our trading hours, which are Thursday to Saturday between 10:00am and 6:00pm, and Sunday between 11:00am and 5:00pm. Shift patterns will vary and will be scheduled across these days based on business needs.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
