Job summary

Dunster House Ltd in Bedford (MK41 0LF) is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service and identify sales opportunities for our outdoor products. You will engage with customers, assess needs, and upsell appropriate log cabins, garden offices, sheds, and gazebos.

Hours 08:30–20:00, average 40 hours per week, five days out of seven with early or late starts. Competitive starting salary with uncapped commission after training; 29 days holiday including bank holidays; referral

Qualifications

The Role:

This job is based out of our Bedford HQ – MK41 0LF and delivers excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets.

Role Overview:

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
• Manage and update the customer pipeline using CRM tools or internal systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional and solutions-focused manner.

Requirements:

• Experience of working within a target orientated/sales role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Time management and organisation
• Ability to work under pressure

What We Offer:

• Opening hours are 08.30 – 20.00, working on average 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7 on an early or late start.
