About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic, and passionate, always ensuring they provide the very best service. They care about their customers and our business, which is foundational to our success.

We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor who will support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing towards achieving sales targets.

Main duties include:
  1. Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
  2. Working within the sales team on product promotions, answering telephone and electronic queries
  3. Fully satisfying customer needs regarding part orders, returns, or queries
  4. Contributing to positive team performance and working on personal sales benchmarks
  5. Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements
  6. Developing product knowledge through internal literature
  7. Using the E-learning portal to improve performance
Working hours:

Average hours are Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.

About You

Ideal candidates will have telesales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

What you'll need to succeed:
  1. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results
  2. Organized with great attention to detail
  3. Customer-focused
  4. Target-driven, motivated by sales, and able to handle rejection
  5. Willingness to learn and develop
  6. Team player with the ability to work independently
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. IT literate
  9. Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is helpful but not essential
