Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) for the North East region, based around Sunderland. You will lead the development sales function, secure home sales, and guide customers through the journey to completion, upholding Miller Homes’ standards and targets.

The role emphasizes meeting prospective buyers, managing expectations, and presenting a strong sales message at the development site. A customer-focused, proactive approach is required.

We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic North East region, ideally based around the Sunderland area. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

SALES ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,
• Take responsibility for the development s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards

SALES ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role
• A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results
