Miller Homes Ltd is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to lead the development sales function in the South West region, centered on Bridgwater. You will manage the end-to-end customer journey and secure home sales in line with company standards and targets.

The role offers a competitive salary, a generous commission structure, and benefits including 26 days leave and pension contributions; you will be a key contact for customers and collaborate with the regional team.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.
• A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service.
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development.
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results.

• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,

We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic South West region, ideally based around the Bridgwater region. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities
