Miller Homes in Sunderland is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to lead the development sales function in the North East region. The role involves managing the customer journey from pre-start to post completion and acting as the primary contact for prospective and existing customers.

You will drive sales, present developments to high standards, and work to targets in a competitive housing market.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.
• Presentable, customer-facing professional with exceptional customer service.
• Experience in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues affecting the development.
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and offer solutions with maximum results.

We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic North East region, ideally based around the Sunderland area. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

SALES ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
