Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll collaborate with an energetic team passionate about our products and engaging with customers to deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Role

1. Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for our products and brand, processing sales transactions with care.
2. Ensure customers have a positive experience in our store, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
3. Maintain high standards of store housekeeping to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
4. Provide customers with information about our products, including features, benefits, and stock availability.
5. Assist in implementing markdowns and price alterations within agreed timescales.
6. Keep products tidy and presentable, replenishing as needed.
7. Support merchandising efforts in accordance with our guidelines.

What you will bring on the journey

• Competence in till operations and cash/card handling.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.

What we offer you

• Rest and relaxation are important. We offer above statutory holiday entitlement: 33 days per year (including bank holidays), with an additional 2 days after 5 years of service. Holiday entitlement is pro-rata for part-time staff.
