We are currently seeking exceptional individuals for a key management position: the Sales Advisor. The Sales Advisor promotes and maintains occupancy by building relationships with prospective residents and their families, showcasing community amenities and services, guiding prospects through the decision-making process, and ensuring alignment with our Purpose, Visions & Values.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Developing and implementing the community marketing plan
  • Coordinating promotional activities
  • Managing all sales functions including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring, and follow-up
  • Building and maintaining key relationships in the community
  • Monitoring marketplace changes and competitive intelligence
  • Delivering sales training to the Retirement Residence Team
  • Overseeing petty cash systems and trust funds
  • Creating and managing purchase orders and maintaining purchase journals
  • Submitting bi-weekly payroll reports for timely processing

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to teach others
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Professional appearance and ability to promote the residence effectively
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM
