Job summary

Pertemps is hiring a Sales Advisor in Erdington, Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them to find the right solution and delivering a positive experience. This full-time, permanent role includes training and opportunities for career progression within a small, friendly team.

Working hours are 9:30am-6:00pm, five days a week, with 1 in 3 weekends. Salary is £26,520 per year with a supportive environment and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

An established and growing customer-focused business is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join their busy Erdington location.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solution while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the telephone
