Job summary

Gravity Recruit is assisting a fast-growing UK company in finding a Customer Service Advisor for their Barking branch. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving sales to meet store targets.

You will help identify sales opportunities, maintain a clean store appearance, and ensure Health & Safety protocols are followed. A structured training and mentoring program supports career progression.

Job Purpose

To guarantee their customers an excellent level of service whilst at the same time ensuring the highest level of sales for the Company
