Join us as a Sales Advisor at our Norwich store earning an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour with an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one where you could expect to earn up to £400 per month.

Benefits
  • The hours are 20 per week and you will normally work as follows:
  • Week 1: Thursday 09:30, Friday 09:30, Saturday 10:00 & Sunday 11:00.
  • Week 2: Thursday 09:30, Friday 09:30 & Sunday 11:00.
  • Week 3: Thursday 09:30, Friday 09:30, Saturday 10:30 & Sunday 11:00.
  • Week 4: Thursday 09:30, Friday 09:30, Saturday 10:00 & Sunday 11:00.
  • Week 5: Thursday 09:30, Friday 09:30 & Sunday 11:00.
  • Week 6: Thursday 09:30, Friday 09:30, Saturday 10:00 & Sunday 11:00.
  • Being a retail sales role, the successful candidate will be required to work every bank holiday.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for our customers.
  • Sell high-quality fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone and Live Chat.
  • Achieve sales targets by analysing the needs of the customer and making informed product recommendations.
  • Provide all necessary information about our products and apps to the customer, demonstrating whenever necessary.
  • Work 20 hours per week; regular days of work will be Thursday, Friday, 4 in 6 Saturdays and Sunday, including every Bank Holiday.
Qualifications
  • A confident, proactive approach.
  • Some sales experience would be preferable.
  • The ability to upsell and cross-sell, driving the sales process from the initial welcome to product testing, to purchase.
  • The motivation to hit your targets and earn generous bonuses month after month.
  • A about the customer experience.
  • A good level of numeracy and excellent communication skills.
