About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You will manage the entire journey from first inquiry to handover.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing quality standards
• Manage the full sales process efficiently
• Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency
• Availability Thursday through Monday, 11am-6pm
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
