Job summary

ERES boutique in the United Kingdom seeks a Sales Consultant to deliver a unique, memorable luxury experience and maximise sales by building lasting relationships with customers, in line with the Maison's standards.

You will act as Brand Ambassador on the floor, provide impeccable service, maintain the boutique's appearance, master the ERES Art of Sale, know collections and stocks, manage the customer file, and support fellow sales colleagues to uphold premium service.

Qualifications

• Master and observe the Eres Art of Sale techniques.
• Knowledge of Eres, its collections and stocks.
• Know and follow KPI's.
• Develop and work with the customer file.
• Support other Sales assistants.

Responsibilities

• Brand Image: Represent the image of the Maison ERES, maintaining impeccable appearance.
• Brand Image: Act as Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, ensuring a perfect welcome and luxury service.
• Brand Image: Share expertise with customers and teams.
• Sales skills: Master Eres sales techniques and know the products.
• Sales skills: Develop and manage customer relationships with KPI focus.
• Sales skills: Follow KPI's and contribute to the customer file.
• Operations: Manage cash desk and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Operations: Maintain tidiness of counters and fitting rooms.
• Operations: Assist with goods reception, stock management, and boutique reorders.

Your role is to offer to the customers a unique and memorable experience in order to maximize the sales and to establish long term relationships with the customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of Eres., Because of your position of Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects:

Brand Image

• Represent the image of the Maison ERES, constantly adopting an exemplary attitude towards the standards set by the company, and making sure to always maintain an impeccable look
• Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, by ensuring a perfect welcome and a quality of service worth a luxury environment
• Share your expertise with the customers and with the teams

Sales skills

• Master and observe the Eres Art of Sale techniques
• Have a perfect knowledge of Eres, of the collections and the stocks
• Know and follow the KPI's
• Develop and work with the customer file
• Support the other Sales assistants

Operations

• Master the management of the cash desk
• Permanently ensure the compliance of the merchandising guidelines, the tidiness of the counters and of the fitting rooms
• Participate to the reception of goods, to the stock management and to the boutique reorders
