ERES, a French luxury brand now part of the CHANEL Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant to offer customers a unique and memorable experience, maximizing sales while building long-term relationships in the boutique. You will represent the Maison ERES, maintain an impeccable appearance, master the Art of Sale, know collections and stocks, manage the cash desk, and ensure merchandising guidelines.

• A previous experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is required
• Shows curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment and be in line with the business development strategy
• Structured, organized, show initiative.

Responsabilités

• Brand Image: Represent the image of the Maison ERES, constantly adopting an exemplary attitude towards the standards set by the company, and making sure to always maintain an impeccable look
• Brand Image: Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, by ensuring a perfect welcome and a quality of service worth a luxury environment
• Brand Image: Share your expertise with the customers and with the teams
• Sales skills: Master and observe the Eres Art of Sale techniques
• Sales skills: Have a perfect knowledge of Eres, of the collections and the stocks
• Sales skills: Know and follow the KPI’s
• Sales skills: Develop and work with the customer file
• Sales skills: Support the other Sales assistants
• Operations: Master the management of the cash desk
• Operations: Permanently ensure the compliance of the merchandising guidelines, the tidiness of the counters and of the fitting rooms
• Operations: Participate to the reception of goods, to the stock management and to the boutique reorders
