C&P Recruitment is recruiting a New Build Sales Advisor to cover three developments across Edinburgh and East Lothian. You will welcome buyers, conduct viewings and manage enquiries, guiding customers from initial contact to reservation and sale.

This floating role requires you to travel between developments, provide excellent customer experiences, and help potential homeowners navigate the purchase journey. Experience in property sales is beneficial, with a focus on achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property sales, new-build sales, retail sales or a customer-facing role would be beneficial.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organised, professional and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Flexible and happy to travel between developments.
• A genuine interest in property and helping customers find their new home.

Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 9:30am–5:00pm

Contract: Permanent, full-time

The Opportunity

C&P Recruitment is working with a large-scale, award-winning private housebuilder to recruit a New Build Sales Advisor for a floating role covering three developments across Edinburgh and East Lothian.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established housebuilder, representing high-quality new-build homes and supporting prospective buyers throughout their home-buying journey.

As a floating Sales Advisor, you will work across three sites, providing sales cover where required and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience at every development.
