Job summary

Qualitex Supplies Ltd in Aylesford, Kent is seeking an Administrator to join our team of dynamic Sales Advisors and strengthen our internal sales and customer service. The successful applicant will handle a high volume of daily calls, process orders by phone and email, and contribute to proactive customer engagement while learning Acumatica with full training provided.

Own transportation is essential due to limited public transport links, and the role offers opportunities for progression within

Qualifications

• Confident telephone sales manner with ability to handle large numbers of daily calls.
• Ability to make pro-active calls to existing customers to strengthen relationships.
• Basic PC skills required to process daily orders via phone and email.
• Knowledge of Acumatica is beneficial but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen internal sales and customer service as part of the team.
• Handle a high volume of daily inbound calls and respond to emails and orders.
• Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers to build relationships.
• Process daily orders and maintain accurate records; work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday Location: Aylesford, Kent

We are looking for an administrator to join our team of dynamic Sales Advisors and strengthen our internal sales and customer service.

The successful applicant should have a confident telephone sales manner to deal with large numbers of daily incoming calls, as well as making pro-active calls to our existing customer base in order to strengthen customer relationships.

Basic PC skills are required to process daily orders which come through to the office via the phone and email systems. An existing knowledge of Acumatica systems would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants should be confident to work under pressure within a friendly fast paced environment, requiring initiative, urgency and common sense.

Own transportation is essential due to our location having poor local public transport links.
