Job summary

Persimmon Homes is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to guide buyers from initial inquiry through handover of keys at our developments in Redditch. You will provide expert guidance on our homes and lifestyle offers, conduct viewings, and drive the full sales process to delivery.

You should have proven experience in new homes sales or estate agency, a valid UK driving licence, and be ready to work Thursday through Monday 11am-6pm. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You'll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.

• Able to work Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm (our busiest times!)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
