Job summary

Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support public sector customers with orders, deliveries, and proactive service. You will work in a busy branch, using in-house systems and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey

Required Skills And Experience

• Computer literate and confident computer user, systems will be taught but knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
• A confident communicator in person, over the phone or email
• Experienced working in a customer facing, sales-office based or administration role
• Flexible, able to have a hands-on approach to work; happy to work in various departments within a fast paced, busy branch
• A great team player; ready to support colleagues and customers when needed
• Ambitious, looking for progression and wants to make a career for themselves
