Training Program:
  • One-week training at the Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Industry-leading training delivered through various formats
  • Accommodation provided during training, depending on travel distance
  • Follow-up training within the first 5-6 weeks of employment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed business targets
  • Manage valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways
  • Proactively contact potential clients via outbound calls
  • Fulfill property call-out campaigns and maintain standards
  • Prepare updates for morning meetings
  • Lead canvassing activities and track leads
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Manage online portal opportunities and respond to leads
  • Engage with local prospecting activities including social media and door knocking
  • Handle inbound calls and identify sales opportunities
  • Encourage and collect positive customer reviews

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Own vehicle in good condition
