Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative at our Biggin Hill branch. This role involves canvassing and prospecting for new business, ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive new business opportunities, increase market share, and represent our Estate Agency in your local area.

What You Will Receive as a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Biggin Hill:
  • £25,000 basic salary

  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays

Training and Onboarding:
  • One-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Industry-leading training through personalized and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning with industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel accommodation during training, depending on travel distance
  • Follow-up training within the first five to six weeks of employment
Role Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
  • Manage valuation generation activities following the Spicerhaart Way
  • Proactively contact valuation opportunities using ROSIE software
  • Fulfill call-out campaigns for properties for sale and maintain ROSIE standards
  • Prepare for and participate in morning meetings with updates on valuation pipeline
  • Lead door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
  • Engage in daily 1:1 coaching sessions to identify development opportunities
  • Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
  • Respond to intranet leads and communicate frequently with LOTS customers
  • Generate referral business through exceptional customer engagement
  • Conduct local canvassing, prospecting, and build personal brand via social media
  • Handle inbound calls, fulfill applicant registration, and identify opportunities for valuations and viewings
  • Seek and promote Google reviews to enhance reputation

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Full, clean UK driving license
