We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative at our Biggin Hill branch. This role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business, ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive new business opportunities, increase market share, and represent our estate agency in your local area.

What you will receive as a Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents in Biggin Hill:
  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

Training and Development:

Your journey begins with one week at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, featuring industry-leading training, fully-paid hotel accommodation, and ongoing support within your first weeks of employment.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Meet or exceed business targets regularly.
  • Lead valuation generation activities, ensuring adherence to the Spicerhaart Way.
  • Proactively communicate valuation opportunities via outbound calls and manage campaigns effectively.
  • Participate in daily meetings with updates on valuation pipelines.
  • Implement structured door-knocking and zonal canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Engage in regular coaching and business development discussions with your manager.
  • Manage online portal opportunities and respond promptly to inbound leads.
  • Use ROSIE and other tools to manage customer relationships and generate referrals.
  • Engage in local prospecting activities and build your personal brand through social media.
  • Handle inbound calls to fulfill applicant registrations and identify opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services.
  • Seek and promote 5-star reviews to enhance reputation.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving license
  • Own vehicle in good condition
