Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Sales Administrator in Gateshead (Team Valley) to join a busy, customer-facing team. You will handle quotations, orders and provide updates through to delivery, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a temp-to-perm path, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with on-site parking and full training. Immediate start available in a supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Organised and customer-focused administrator.
• Experience in sales support and order processing.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing customer quotations and orders.
• Providing customers with regular updates on their orders.
• Responding to customer queries by telephone and email.
• Coordinating stock availability and delivery arrangements.
• Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams.
• Monitoring orders through to completion.
• Resolving queries and helping to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer and order records.
