Confidential in Flintshire is seeking a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced sales team on a permanent basis. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers, pursue new opportunities and handle orders with care.

The role requires experience in sales, strong telephone communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This on-site position offers a 9am-5pm workday and benefits such as health plan and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Excellent telephone communicator with a confident approach.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Good organisational and planning abilities.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team; computer literate.

Responsabilités

• Fully manage a portfolio of existing customers across sectors.
• Grow and reactivate accounts and seek new sales opportunities.
• Answer inbound calls and handle enquiries appropriately.
• Process sales orders and update systems with sales activity.
• Use the in-house database and manufacturing system.
• Collaborate with other areas of the organisation as needed.
• Meet daily call targets and organise workload efficiently.
• Build relationships internally and externally; provide after-sales support.
