Job summary

Scania East Region is seeking a Sales Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers and keep them informed on vehicle progress. The role also involves liaising with finance companies, raising POs, processing invoices, and maintaining stock and delivery registration.

You will work from any East Region Branch (Sheffield, Lincoln, Hull, Boston, Grimsby or Spalding) and benefit from an extensive package and supportive team culture, with opportunities for growth within Scania.

Qualifications

• Diligent in performing a broad range of administrative duties.

• Adept with systems; Excel and Autoline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and update on vehicle progress.
• Maintain regular contact with internal and external finance companies.
• Raise purchase order numbers and ensure invoices are processed timely.
• Maintain vehicle stock books and register vehicles for delivery.
