Scania (Great Britain) Limited in Mossend is seeking a Sales Administrator – maternity cover to join our Eurocentral team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, provide updates on vehicle progress, and support finance companies throughout the sales cycle.

This fixed-term role runs Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00, offering a salary of £27,500 plus an excellent benefits package and the chance to contribute to Scania's strong customer and stock administration culture.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, keeping them up to date with vehicle progress.
• Have regular contact with internal and external finance companies.
• Raise purchase order numbers, ensure invoices are correctly processed and payments are received in a timely manner.
• Maintain vehicle stock books and ensure vehicles are registered to coincide with delivery.
