Job summary

Scania is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the East Region with customer liaison, order processing and vehicle delivery coordination. You will be the first point of contact for customers, liaising with finance providers and handling POs, invoices and payments to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.

The role requires good organisation, attention to detail and a proactive customer service mindset. Experience with Excel and Autoline is preferred, with a strong team culture and excellent

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and proactive in delivering exceptional service.
• Organised and able to progress multiple orders through the sales lifecycle.
• Diligent in performing a broad range of administrative duties; team-oriented.
• Adept with systems; experience with Excel and Autoline is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, keeping them up to date with vehicle progress.
• Have regular contact with internal and external finance companies.
• Raise purchase order numbers, ensure invoices are correctly processed and payments are received in a timely manner.
• Maintain vehicle stock books and ensure vehicles are registered to coincide with delivery.
