Job summary

Scania East Region is seeking a Sales Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers and keep them informed on vehicle progress. The role also involves liaising with finance companies, raising POs, processing invoices, and maintaining stock and delivery registration.

You will work from any East Region Branch (Sheffield, Lincoln, Hull, Boston, Grimsby or Spalding) and benefit from an extensive package and supportive team culture, with opportunities for growth within Scania.

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00

In this role you will:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, keeping them up to date with vehicle progress.
• Have regular contact with internal and external finance companies.
• Raise purchase order numbers, ensure invoices are correctly processed and payments are received in a timely manner.
• Maintain vehicle stock books and ensure vehicles are registered to coincide with delivery.

About you:

• Customer focussed – enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional service, through pro-active communication.
• Organised – able to track and progress multiple orders simultaneously, throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Diligent – accurately carry out a broad range of administrative duties. Team player – working as part of a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.
• Adept with Systems – A background of using Excel and Autoline is preferred but not required.
