Brown & Geeson Ltd was established in 1963 and is a respected manufacturer of motorsport equipment and vehicle accessories based in Wickford, Essex. The company designs, develops, manufactures and distributes high-quality products to a global customer base.

Role Description

We seek a motivated individual to support our sales and office operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a key role in helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business and maintaining excellent service for our customers.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Wickford, Essex. You will be responsible for customer communication, order processing, sales support, e-commerce management and administrative assistance tasks on a day-to-day basis. There will be the occasional requirement to assist in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

·Handling daily calls/sales enquiries, requests for product information, product prices and stock availability

·Responding to emails, online messages and phone enquiries in a timely manner

·Processing customer payments and sales orders

·Active daily management of e-commerce

·Assisting with booking outbound shipments and preparing export documents

·Working with the Sales Manager to expand the customer base

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

·Educated to A-Level or above

·Well-developed communication skills

·Excellent organisational and time management skills

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·Experience in sales support is a plus

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes

·Sage software experience is a bonus (if not, then training will be provided)

·Ability to drive

·Interest in the automotive or motorsport industries is favourable
