About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team at Group 1 Automotive UK. This full-time, entry-level position involves supporting our Retail Sales Department to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key Details
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Location: Swindon, with opportunities in other locations

Responsibilities
  • Administer vehicle sourcing through to delivery processes
  • Support sales teams by processing vehicles at each stage of the sales journey
  • Create and maintain detailed vehicle records accurately
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Adhere to and improve established processes
  • Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with retail centre teams
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication and data processing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the motor industry is a plus but not essential
