McHale Komatsu in Redditch seeks a highly organised Sales Administrator to manage end-to-end orders from confirmation to delivery. You will coordinate information, suppliers, finance and transport while keeping deadlines on track and providing updates to customers and internal teams.
The role offers ownership, a fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and monthly retail performance. A 35-hour week is standard at the Redditch Head Office.
McHale Komatsu supplies premium Komatsu construction, mining, quarrying and utility equipment to customers across the UK.
With a network of depots around the country and dedicated product support and service teams, we pride ourselves on providing first-class customer service, hands-on advice and expert support. Innovation is central to what we do, and we are committed to helping our customers find safer, more efficient and more sustainable solutions.
Are you highly organised, confident managing several priorities and someone who takes pride in getting every detail right?
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team at our Redditch Head Office and play a central role in the journey of every new machine we deliver.
From the moment an order is confirmed through to the day the machine reaches the customer, you will help keep the process moving. You will coordinate information, suppliers, finance and transport while ensuring orders are accurate, deadlines remain on track and everyone involved receives the updates they need.
This is much more than routine administration. It is a varied, fast-paced role offering genuine ownership and the opportunity to make a visible contribution to customer satisfaction and our monthly retail performance.
Help deliver the machines that keep our customers moving.
You may already have experience in sales administration, order processing, customer administration, logistics coordination or another fast-paced administrative environment.
Industry experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. What matters most is that you are organised, accurate, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for a process from start to finish.
