GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a growing family business in the automotive and heavy machinery sector. The role focuses on customer contact, problem solving and owning tasks to support the sales operation and achieve commercial objectives.
The position is office-based in the UK with a 39.5-hour week, Monday-Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 2:00pm.
Are you organised, ambitious and naturally proactive?
Do you enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems and making things happen?
Are you looking for a role where your ideas, effort and results are noticed and where you can genuinely grow with the business?
Have you had at least two years’ experience in a business admin or similar customer facing role?
If so, our client would like to hear from you.
They work with a wide range of vehicles and plant machinery, providing high-quality installation services to customers across the UK and beyond.
As they continue to expand, they are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Sales Administrator to become a key part of their team.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to process paperwork and just follow a routine.
Our client is looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, spotting what needs to be done and getting involved. Someone who communicates confidently, learns quickly and takes pride in helping both customers and colleagues succeed.
If you like being busy, enjoy responsibility and want the opportunity to develop your career as the company grows, you could be a great fit.
You will play an important part in supporting their sales operation, looking after customers and helping the team achieve its commercial objectives.
Alongside supporting the wider sales team, you will also have the opportunity to work towards your own sales targets and develop your commercial skills.
You may already be an experienced Sales Administrator, or you may have developed strong customer-facing and commercial skills in another role. What matters most to them is your attitude, capability and willingness to learn.
You are likely to thrive if you:
In this role, our client will support you to develop a strong understanding of their company, their customers and their day-to-day operations.
Successful team members will:
Our client wants people to build careers with themselves, not simply fill positions.
They offer the opportunity to join an ambitious business at an exciting stage of its growth, where good ideas are welcomed and strong performance is recognised.
For the right person, this role offers genuine scope to take on more responsibility and progress as the business continues to expand.
Their recruitment process is designed to identify motivated, capable people who will thrive and build a successful career with them.
