Scania UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Eurocentral team. You will be the frontline contact, handle queries, coordinate servicing, and raise invoices while delivering first-class service.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Eurocentral. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date. You will have a real passion for delivering a first-class service and an organised approach to your work.
