Job description

Evans Halshaw Vauxhall, Horsforth

Part Time - 16 hours per week (rota TBC)

Basic salary of £10,190, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays, pro-rata'd), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services

As a Sales Administrator, you will always prioritize our customers’ needs and support the team to meet all requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Accurately ordering vehicles within specified timeframes
  2. Allocating registration numbers and handling taxation for new vehicles, ensuring documentation accuracy
  3. Collaborating with the sales team throughout the sales process to deliver first-time right service
  4. Invoicing and registering manufacturer warranties

Requirements for success:

  1. Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
  2. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Excel
  3. Ability to work under pressure
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
