Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hrs per week)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our busy Certification Team. This team assesses and certifies Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to UK and European market standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
Coordinate customer projects, tracking inbound, ongoing, and outbound work.
Provide routine project progress updates to customers and the Operations Manager.
Handle administrative duties related to customer projects and product samples.
Communicate with in-house and external subcontractors regarding sample testing.
Review test reports and provide recommendations to the Decision Maker.
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
Maintain accurate data using the company CRM system.
Contribute to sales and marketing activities as required.
