WSR is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our esteemed client based in Milton Keynes.

Location: Milton Keynes - Office Based

Salary: Up to £28,000

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 07:30am to 3:30pm

Reports To: Sales Director

Our client is a manufacturing company specialising in bespoke interior products supplied to the construction industry.

Job Overview

You will manage front-line duties including handling calls, coordinating incoming enquiries across platforms, managing quote enquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and enquiries promptly, directing them to relevant teams.
  • Create quoting tasks by recording key information.
  • Confidently handle phone, email, and online chat enquiries with comprehensive technical product training.
  • Maintain a confident and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Connect easily with people and adapt quickly to new information and skills.
