SALES ADMINISTRATOR - HONDA GUILDFORD

At Yeomans Honda Guildford, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our busy team.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Sales Administration and work well in a busy team. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines and time frames are essential for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  1. Interacting and communicating with sales executives, senior management, and key customers.
  2. Invoicing of new, used, and trade cars & maintaining monthly sales logs.
  3. Processing customers' orders, taxing, and registering customers' cars.
  4. Day-to-day sales administration.
  5. Processing banking, receiving payments, and ensuring ITC compliance at all times.

Ideally, the candidate would have experience with Kerridge DMS, but we are able to offer full support and training if required. An excellent working environment and a competitive package are available for the ideal candidate. Flexible working hours may be available.
