Job description

Global manufacturers of corrosion test cabinets for salt spray tests and cyclic corrosion tests. As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
  • Process customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with our global network of customers, agents, and distributors to provide product information.
  • Follow up on open sales leads and hold distributors accountable for sales targets.
  • Maintain the CRM database with current customer and sales information.
  • Prepare and issue order acknowledgements, shipping documents, and invoices.
  • Monitor the sales inbox and respond to enquiries appropriately.
  • Generate sales reports for management review.
  • Provide temporary cover for key personnel during absences.
Marketing Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
  • Manage content updates on the company website and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in sales administration or marketing support roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in teams.
