Global manufacturers of corrosion test cabinets for salt spray tests and cyclic corrosion tests. As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with our global network of customers, agents, and distributors to provide product information.
- Follow up on open sales leads and hold distributors accountable for sales targets.
- Maintain the CRM database with current customer and sales information.
- Prepare and issue order acknowledgements, shipping documents, and invoices.
- Monitor the sales inbox and respond to enquiries appropriately.
- Generate sales reports for management review.
- Provide temporary cover for key personnel during absences.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
- Manage content updates on the company website and social media platforms.
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
- Support SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in sales administration or marketing support roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and content management systems like WordPress.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in teams.
