Arbtech in Chester is seeking a Sales Administrator to join the Business Development team. The role supports day-to-day sales activity, manages incoming enquiries, and gathers client and project information to progress requirements.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure prompt, professional service across the business. No prior sales or admin experience is required as full training will be provided.

This role is central to the day-to-day success of the business and contributes directly to operational performance and customer outcomes. As Sales Support, you will be responsible for helping us manage incoming enquiries, speaking with new and prospective clients and gathering the information needed to progress their requirements.
You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure that clients receive a prompt, professional and helpful service. Although the role will primarily support our sales function, you may also assist other departments with activities such as project bookings, allocations and general administration.

No previous experience in sales or administration is required, as full training will be provided. We are looking for a motivated and reliable person who brings a practical, positive and solutions-focused mindset.
