Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes and maintain sales records.
• Respond to inbound sales and customer service inquiries in a timely manner.
• Produce quotes, process orders, and track deliveries in partnership with Account Managers.
• Be the first point of contact for general customer enquiries and support the sales process.
