We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Sales Account Executive to join a fast-paced Sales & Business Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to drive the growth of the business while making a significant impact on a groundbreaking product. You will be at the forefront of introducing the unique solution to new markets, building lasting relationships with clients, and helping shape the future of both our company and the industry as a whole. Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote our innovative solutions and educate the market on our unique value propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client engagement and discovery calls to pitching, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, leveraging your network and strategic outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Navigate and overcome client objections, ensuring effective problem-solving and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to company growth.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to refine our offerings based on client feedback, ensuring we remain a leader in the industry.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the B2B tech or enterprise software space.
  • Experience selling software solutions to professional service firms (accounting, consulting, law firms, etc.) is a plus.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of generating leads, managing opportunities, and closing sales at various executive levels within target organizations.
  • Able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication, listening, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a startup environment is highly valued.
  • Experience with sales training and familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
