Job summary

Ridgeway View Family Practice in Wiltshire is seeking a salaried General Practitioner to join a team serving around 15,000 patients. The role combines face-to-face and phone consultations with admin tasks, home visits, and supervision of registrars and medical students.

Experience in UK general practice is required; entry on the UK performers list is essential. Flexible days offered with a supportive multidisciplinary team and focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Qualified General Practitioner
• Newly qualified or experienced GP
• Evidence of ongoing professional interest

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face and telephone consultations
• Occasional home visits
• Own referrals and administrative work
• Filing lab results and prescriptions (yours and others)
• Supervising registrars and medical students
• Oversight of ACP and paramedic colleagues
• Care for patients in one of seven care homes; ward rounds as needed
• Duty doctor triage of online consultations and same-day slots
