Mere Surgery in Wiltshire is seeking a Salaried GP to join a friendly team. The post offers four sessions per week with two on Monday and two flexible sessions across the rest of the week. The practice emphasises continuity of care and a supportive environment, with opportunities to work in a training setting.

The successful candidate will join a 4-GP team plus nurses and support staff, in a collaborative rural practice dedicated to quality improvement and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP registered with GMC.
• Willingness to work four sessions per week.
• Interest in teaching/training environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general practice care to patients.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
• Support continuity of care and patient relationships.
• Contribute to development and transformation of practice services.
