Hastings & Rother Healthcare is seeking a salaried GP to cover a large patient list across several sites. The role involves in-person and telephone consultations, chronic disease management and home visits, with protected admin time and regular supervision.

Requirements include Full GMC registration and entry on the English National Performers List. The post offers a structured schedule, a multidisciplinary team, and the NHS pension.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centred GP care across acute, chronic and preventive needs
• Consult in person and by telephone, including urgent and same-day requests
• Manage chronic disease and minor illnesses from history-taking to review
• Take part in clinical decision-making, triage and referrals
• Carry out home visits as required
• Attend care home ward rounds with the Enhanced Care Team
• Handle results, correspondence, documentation and audit
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities
• Attend practice meetings
• Develop a specialist area aligned to service needs
