Job summary

Kent LMC in Herne Bay is seeking a Salaried GP to work 4-6 sessions per week across two sites. You will provide autonomous, high-quality medical care to our practice population and contribute to the smooth running of the surgery.

The role may include care home ward rounds; you will travel between sites and lead by example within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed Salaried GP to join our supportive and well-organised team for between 4-6 sessions a week.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a patient-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to travel between our two sites.

The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for providing high-quality medical services to our practice population. This includes delivering an excellent standard of clinical care while complying with the GMS contract and adhering to GMC standards for good medical practice. The role may also involve a care home ward round.

The post-holder will contribute to the effective management of the practice, lead by example, and maintain a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
