Job summary

Haven Health in Felixstowe is seeking a Salaried GP to join its primary care team. The role offers 6–8 sessions per week with flexible working arrangements and duties spanning consultations, diagnosis, ongoing care, prescribing and referrals.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified, GMC-registered, and on the NHSE medical performers list, with annual appraisal and revalidation as applicable. Expect opportunities for teaching and service improvement within a supportive MDT.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and annual appraisal/revalidation.
• Experience in a UK general practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical care for registered patients including assessment, diagnosis and ongoing management.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephone and online consultations as needed.
• Prescribe safely in line with guidelines and policies.
• Refer patients to secondary care when clinically indicated.
• Deliver preventative care, health promotion and monitoring of long-term conditions.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and act as clinical lead for the care home.
