Job summary

Haven Health in Felixstowe is seeking a Salaried GP to join our team on 6-8 sessions per week with flexible working arrangements. You will provide high-quality, holistic care to a diverse patient population and contribute to the ongoing development of services.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
• MRCGP or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to safe, evidence-based and patient-centred care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general medical services to registered patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Undertake face-to-face, telephone and online consultations, as appropriate to clinical need and practice procedures.
• Prescribe safely and effectively, following current guidance and practice policies.
• Refer patients to secondary care and other services where clinically indicated.
• Provide preventative healthcare, health promotion, screening and appropriate monitoring of long-term conditions.
