Job summary

Needham Market Country Practice in Ipswich is seeking a motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive team for up to 8 sessions per week. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a well-established practice that values work-life balance.

You will deliver a full range of general medical services, participate in multidisciplinary care, and contribute to ongoing development of the practice using SystmOne with an on-site dispensary.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified General Practitioner.
• GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Inclusion on NHS England Medical Performers List.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and urgent GP consultations, both face-to-face and remotely.
• Prescribe and review medications in line with best practice and local guidance.
• Undertake home visits when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pharmacists and mental health practitioners.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and governance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in meetings.
