The role offers the opportunity to use your experience and influence beyond your own clinical practice, contributing to the development of services, clinical standards, workforce capability and continuous improvement.

You will work collaboratively with clinical and operational colleagues across the practice and wider organisation, promoting a positive, inclusive and accountable culture.
